China Watch Wednesday: Ava Chen on CCP Proxy Warfare, Iran as Puppet, and the Global Power Struggle

Ava Chen joins Kathleen Winn for China Watch Wednesday to analyze the escalating Iran conflict as part of the CCP's long-term strategy to undermine the United States. Chen explains that the world sees surface-level chaos in the Middle East, but the real battle is the CCP versus America, with Iran serving as a disposable proxy tool. "Iran is a puppet... everything you need to know is the CCP is actively fighting against the United States at this moment as we speak and they just use proxies." She stresses the methodical strategy: the CCP avoids direct confrontation but applies relentless pressure through proxies to weaken President Trump.

Chen warns that the planned Trump-Xi meeting in Beijing carries hidden risks. "We actually did a short video... if President Trump goes and meets with Xi Jinping in Beijing, I think that's where they're supposed to meet... it may not be safe." She connects this to the CCP's history of covert tactics, including election interference in 2020, the release of COVID-19 as a bioweapon, and ongoing efforts to destabilize America. "The CCP released a bio weapon... total one million Americans... they have this strategy, Miles Guo, right, 3S, America, woman chaos, woman weakness, woman destruction of America." Chen emphasizes the final showdown between good and evil, with President Trump standing as a bulwark. She urges decoupling from the CCP to eliminate the threat entirely.

On the Strait of Hormuz, Chen details how the CCP supplied 80% of the naval mines and unmanned underwater vehicles to Iran to disrupt global oil flows. "80% of the naval mines directly was given to Iran by the CCP... they also provide the satellite guidance... the CCP's eye in the space." She explains the precision strikes on UAE and Saudi infrastructure, civilian targets, energy facilities, and U.S. embassies were not random but designed to expose American security guarantees as unreliable. "American promise you to get to protect you, but look what you're doing. We're doing, you're not protected." Chen notes the UAE envoy's urgent trip to Beijing for protection, highlighting how the CCP positions itself as the alternative power in the region. She warns that while the focus remains on the Strait of Hormuz, the CCP's oil supply is largely insulated through alternative routes like Angola via the Cape and Malacca Strait, meaning the real pressure falls on America's allies like Japan and South Korea.

Chen connects the dots to broader CCP strategy, including satellite mapping of pressure points and the use of bio-weapons that could cause long-term neurological harm appearing natural. She references Miles Guo's warnings about covert methods perfected by the CCP, Russia, and America, noting the risk to Trump is not immediate but gradual, similar to alleged effects on Biden. "They have this message and they may use... cognitive decline, physical deterioration, and damage without obvious trigger." Chen calls for America to recognize the paper tiger nature of the CCP and strike at its vulnerabilities rather than engaging in endless diplomacy that wastes time.

Aaron Cross on Pima County Sheriff Accountability, Vote of No Confidence, and the Recall Momentum

Aaron Cross, representing Pima County deputies, addresses the deepening crisis in the sheriff's department and the growing recall effort against Sheriff Chris Nanos. He reports a vote of no confidence supported by 249 deputies, with zero percent of the workforce publicly backing Nanos. "Two hundred and forty nine maybe did a vote of no confidence... zero percent of the people working there came out in favor of keeping the sheriff." Cross describes a hostile work environment marked by retaliation, abuse, and failed leadership, particularly in the Nancy Guthrie investigation and broader public safety failures.

Cross highlights how Nanos's public statements have terrorized elderly residents, warning of potential random attacks without resolution. He ties this to the department's low morale and the sheriff's targeting of deputies like himself and Heather Lappin. The recall, led by Daniel Butierez, has collected over 122,000 signatures through drive-through events and volunteers across the county. "The people signing the petitions are not Republicans. They're independents. They're Democrats. They're everybody. Democrats are fed up." Cross notes broad community frustration, with even left-leaning voices expressing concern over Nanos's competence.

The Pima County Board of Supervisors meeting featured 21 public comments, 11 focused on Nanos's leadership failures and calls for resignation or investigation into his original application. Cross stresses that falsifying a public record has no statute of limitations in Arizona, alongside homicide. He urges the supervisors to act on public safety over partisanship, noting Matt Hines placed the item on the agenda. Cross connects the sheriff's issues to the botched Guthrie case and the department's inability to maintain trust or effectiveness.

Cross praises the recall's momentum, with volunteers setting up in locations like Corona de Tucson and Rita Ranch. He emphasizes that the effort transcends party lines and reflects widespread anger over incompetence. "The sheriff has literally terrorized our own elderly community with his incompetence and what's worth it, his loose tongue." Cross calls for accountability, noting the national attention the case has received and the need for immediate action to restore public safety in Pima County.
