China Watch Wednesday: Exposing CCP Disinformation Warfare on America’s Doorstep

**A Special Two-Hour Broadcast on Winn Tucson with Kathleen Winn, Ava Chen, and Canadian Whistleblower Hugh “June Flower”**

On November 19, 2025, 1030 The Voice in Tucson devoted two full hours to the Chinese Communist Party’s escalating influence and disinformation operations inside the United States. Host Kathleen Winn was joined by Ava Chen, spokesperson for the New Federal State of China (NFSC), and a special guest — Canadian-based Chinese whistleblower Hugh, known in the movement by his pseudonym “June Flower.”

Why Whistleblowers Hide Their Real Names

Hugh explained the brutal reality that forces millions of overseas Chinese to use pseudonyms.

“Even outside China, if you speak against the CCP, your relatives and friends back home are immediately harassed by police,” Hugh said. “The CCP monitors everything through WeChat — the only social-media app allowed inside China — and apps like TikTok abroad. I’m safe in Canada, but almost every Chinese person overseas still has family inside the firewall. One wrong word and the police show up at their door.”

He revealed that the movement deliberately avoids physical meetings and real-name registries. “We come together online for one mission: take down the CCP. We may never meet in person, and we often don’t know each other’s true identities. That is how dangerous this fight is.”

The Daily Caller Hit Piece: A Case Study in CCP-Style Media Warfare

The centerpiece of the first hour was a November 10, 2025 Daily Caller article that branded Hugh a “China intel-linked fraudster” because he owns a modest mobile-home park near a U.S. Air Force base that houses B-2 bombers.

Ava Chen called the piece “a textbook CCP political-warfare operation disguised as American investigative journalism.”

“On the surface it screams ‘national security!’” Chen said. “Chinese national owns trailer park next to strategic bomber base — sounds terrifying. But once you read it, every link and every claim traces back to information only the CCP’s Ministry of State Security would possess in that detail.”

Hugh confirmed he was never contacted by the reporter, despite the article containing years of his private business records.

“They called my manager and friends in the U.S., but never me,” he said. “If the reporter had done even minimal due diligence, he would have found dozens of my live streams denouncing the CCP alongside Miles Guo and the Whistleblower Movement since 2017.”

Chen pointed out the investments in question were made years before Hugh ever heard of Miles Guo, and mobile-home parks are a well-documented, decades-old investment class popular among Canadian retirees.

The Real Target: Miles Guo and the NFSC Ahead of Sentencing

Both guests stressed the timing is no coincidence.

Three days after the Daily Caller piece, on November 13, the New York Post ran a story titled “Pope Insider Fears Pardon of Chinese ‘Dissident’ Who Stole $1.3 Billion” — citing the Daily Caller article as its primary source.

“This is a self-reinforcing media loop designed to poison public and judicial opinion nine weeks before Miles Guo’s sentencing on January 20, 2026,” Chen said.

Miles Guo (also known as Miles Kwok) has been detained in Brooklyn for over 1,000 days following a controversial 2024 racketeering conviction. Supporters call the case the most blatant example of CCP “legal warfare” ever executed on U.S. soil.

Hugh became involved with Guo’s broadcasts in late 2017 when YouTube crashed worldwide — the only time in history — because Guo was about to expose top CCP corruption.

“That crash woke me up,” Hugh recalled. “I started watching. Everything he said matched my own experience living under the regime. Within a year I was translating and sharing his content with friends.”

He has appeared as a guest on Guo’s live stream multiple times — appearances the Daily Caller twisted into evidence that Guo “controls” him.

“Nobody controls us,” Hugh laughed. “It’s like asking if every MAGA supporter is personally controlled by President Trump. We share the same goal: free China from communist slavery.”

How a Grassroots Movement of Ordinary Chinese Terrifies Beijing

Ava Chen and Hugh described the NFSC’s structure: roughly 20 self-organized “farms” (chapters) worldwide, from Vancouver to Tokyo to New York, run entirely by volunteers.

“These are factory workers, nurses, small-business owners — ordinary people,” Chen said. “We translate Miles’ live streams, research CCP infiltration ourselves, and broadcast the truth on platforms Beijing can’t shut down.”

Hugh credits the movement with saving his entire family’s lives.

“In 2020, Miles warned the virus was a CCP bioweapon and the vaccines were dangerous. My family listened. We didn’t take a single shot. Many colleagues who ignored the warning later begged me for help when they or their children developed turbo-cancers and heart problems.”

The Three Warfares in Action: Media, Psychological, and Legal

In the second hour, Ava Chen walked listeners through the CCP’s doctrine of “Three Warfares”:

- **Public Opinion/Media Warfare** – Flood Western outlets with fabricated narratives

- **Psychological Warfare** – Shape perception and demoralize opponents

- **Legal Warfare** – Weaponize foreign court systems against enemies

She cited the October 2024 House Oversight Committee report “CCP Political Warfare,” which graded 25 federal agencies on their understanding of these tactics — most received failing marks.

“Seven years ago, then-Rep. Mike Gallagher warned that partnerships between AP and CCP state media Xinhua would let Beijing shape global opinion ‘to the detriment of American interests and those suffering under CCP oppression,’” Chen quoted. “Nothing has changed — it’s only gotten worse.”

The Alibaba Wake-Up Call

Chen closed with breaking news: a newly declassified White House memo revealing that Alibaba’s AI cloud services have been vacuuming up Americans’ personal and Wi-Fi data, enabling zero-day exploits against U.S. targets.

“You are not safer than any Chinese dissident,” she warned. “The same surveillance dragging us into the night can drag you tomorrow.”

Hugh’s Final Message to Americans

“To Americans worried about Chinese land purchases near military bases — look closer,” Hugh urged. “The real threat isn’t a Canadian trailer-park owner who exposes the CCP. The real threat is the coordinated campaign that paints truth-tellers as spies while Beijing buys strategic assets through shell companies.”

Kathleen Winn wrapped the broadcast with a call to discernment.

“When the media suddenly discovers ‘Chinese spies’ living openly in trailer parks, ask yourself: Who benefits? Because the people actually risking everything to warn us are the ones being slandered.”

The fight, all three agreed, is far from over — and the next battlefield may be Miles Guo’s January 2026 sentencing hearing.
