Across the globe and along the American border, the threats to Western constitutional sovereignty are accelerating. From Beijing’s strategic campaigns to subvert U.S. elections, to the systematic breakdown of local law enforcement and governance in Arizona, to the quiet expansion of civilization jihad in Texas, the battle for the preservation of the American republic is taking place on multiple fronts simultaneously.

The CCP's Northern Flank: Economic Warfare and the Subversion of Canada

The escalating trade tension between the United States and Canada is not merely an economic dispute over tariffs. It represents a coordinated, foreign-driven political strategy designed to exploit American economic vulnerabilities ahead of critical midterm elections.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has framed the United States as an economic aggressor, declaring Canada to be "under attack" following proposed 50 percent tariffs on $200 billion in goods. Carney has promised dollar-for-dollar retaliatory tariffs, scheduled just weeks ahead of the U.S. midterm elections. Economically, this posture is entirely asymmetrical. Between 72 and 76 percent of Canada’s annual exports—valued between $700 billion and $800 billion—are destined for the United States. Canada lacks the leverage to wage a protracted trade war against its primary trading partner.

Ava Chen of the New Federal State of China points out that this manufactured standoff aligns directly with long-standing Chinese Communist Party (CCP) playbooks aimed at weakening American leadership:

"This is not about the trade war. It's everything about a political campaign that's targeting Trump. They are using Canadian people and American people to do that. Trump stands in their way of destroying Western civilization and propagating communism, which is nothing more than high-tech slavery."

Carney’s broader monetary record reflects deep ties to globalist financial structures. As former Governor of the Bank of Canada (2008–2013) and Bank of England (2013–2020), Carney used prominent international platforms to challenge American monetary dominance. In an address delivered at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Carney criticized the global reliance on the U.S. dollar, describing dollar dominance as a destabilizing force in global development. In its place, Carney advocated for a "Synthetic Hegemonic Currency" supported by a network of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs).

Beijing remains the pioneer of state-run, centralized digital currency systems—tools engineered specifically to eliminate financial anonymity and track civilian transactions. While the Trump administration advanced legislative frameworks like the GENIUS Act to ensure America never adopts a centralized government digital currency, global institutions continue pushing the low-carbon and CBDC agendas that disproportionately benefit China’s industrial manufacturing base.

Beyond monetary policy, Canada’s domestic institutions face severe national security compromises from Beijing. Canadian physician Dr. William Makis recently characterized Canada as an active national security threat to the United States, pointing out that Chinese Communist Party police stations operate within major metropolitan areas such as Toronto and Vancouver. Earlier bilateral policing agreements between Ottawa and Beijing have effectively granted CCP operatives a operational foothold on North American soil.

Active-duty People's Liberation Army (PLA) personnel and plainclothes intelligence operatives operate within Canadian borders, managing clandestine networks that span underground banking, money laundering, and fentanyl production in industrial-scale super-labs. Secret deep-water shipping points establish direct supply routes for illicit fentanyl precursors destined for U.S. communities.

This subversion mirrors intelligence first disclosed by whistleblower Miles Guo in 2018. Guo revealed that CCP leadership, through organs such as the United Front Work Department, the International Liaison Department, and state intelligence apparatuses, formally designated U.S. midterms as strategic choke points. The CCP’s strategy, deployed using the "BGY" method—Blue (cyber surveillance and communication hijacking), Gold (financial co-optation and institutional bribery), and Yellow (seduction and compromise)—relies on buying time, offering superficial trade concessions, driving artificial inflation, and degrading American political resolve from within.

Arizona Under Siege: Law Enforcement Failure and Executive Corruption

The deterioration of foundational institutions is equally visible within the domestic law enforcement and administrative systems of Arizona. In Pima County, the collapse of administrative accountability has severely compromised public safety.

The murder of Tucson police recruit Carlos Ramirez, who was shot to death in his home alongside his pregnant fiancée by three masked assailants just days before graduating from the police academy, exposed critical institutional dysfunction within the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. Despite investigative breakthroughs identifying suspects early, Sheriff Chris Nanos permitted a primary suspect to remain on the street for five days before authorizing an arrest, while publicly denying documented familial ties between a suspect and a departmental corrections employee.

Betsy Brantner Smith, retired police sergeant and spokesperson for the National Police Association, identifies this dynamic as a profound failure of command integrity:

"In 29 years of law enforcement experience, this case has far more to it than it seems. Chris Nanos doesn't respect the public enough to fill them in on what happened, and he doesn't respect young Carlos Ramirez enough to come out with the full story of why this young man was murdered in his own home. Instead of having the best and brightest of professional law enforcement, management in the Pima County Sheriff's Department is filled with people whose primary qualification is loyalty to Chris Nanos."

While violent crime and homicide rates have trended downward across numerous American municipalities, violent crime in Pima County continues to rise. Talented investigators have departed the department in large numbers, leaving critical cases managed by political loyalists rather than seasoned professionals.

This local crisis is compounded by executive mismanagement at the state level:

  • Prosecutorial Partisanship: Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes has systematically prioritized federal political litigation over the enforcement of state criminal statutes, refusing to investigate evident conflicts of interest within the executive branch.

  • Pay-to-Play Scandals: State oversight bodies approved a 56 percent rate increase for Sunshine Residential Homes—a child services contractor overseen by Department of Child Safety Director David Lujan—shortly after the entity made a $100,000 donation to the Arizona Democratic Party, later funding private legal defense expenses for Governor Katie Hobbs.

  • Election Roll Integrity: Secretary of State Adrian Fontes has actively fought legal efforts to reconcile Arizona voter rolls with updated U.S. Postal Service change-of-address records, resisting federal standards governing the secure distribution and auditing of mail-in ballots.

  • Municipal Fiscal Extraction: Pima County administrators continue to impose heavy ballot measures, such as Proposition 425, alongside controversial municipal expenditures, including a $120,000 public settlement awarded to political contenders, while legitimate local business owners struggle against commercial decline and rising neighborhood crime.

Civilization Jihad: The Threat of Sharia to Constitutional Governance

In the state of Texas, the primary institutional challenge centers on the deliberate erosion of the U.S. Constitution through the gradual introduction of Sharia law and political Islam.

Director and investigative producer Chris Burgard, creator of the documentary Remember the Alamo: Don't Sharia My Texas, emphasizes that the challenge posed by Islamist groups is fundamentally political and civilizational, rather than a conventional matter of private religious faith:

"Islam is not merely a religion in the Western sense; it is an entire civilization with its own complete political, legal, and social system, governed by Sharia. The 1991 Muslim Brotherhood strategic memorandum explicitly outlined a grand jihad to eliminate and destroy Western civilization from within. What cannot be achieved by the sword is pursued through 'hijra'—immigration jihad, legal warfare, and institutional infiltration."

This strategy operates through an active "Red-Green Axis"—a tactical alignment between radical Marxist political operatives and fundamentalist Islamist organizations. Whenever constitutionalists challenge the implementation of Sharia principles within American civic bodies, political actors such as Abdul El-Sayed and left-wing media outlets reflexively label the defense of constitutional law as "white supremacy" or racism. This rhetorical deflection deliberately obscures the legal realities of Sharia, which seeks to supersede the First and Second Amendments.

Across Texas, this civilization jihad manifests through targeted physical and cultural encroachment:

  • Territorial Expansion: Rapid construction of large Islamic centers and mosques in areas with negligible local Muslim populations, establishing cultural perimeters that challenge local community standards.

  • Institutional Imposition: Pressuring public school boards to mandate halal food operations across independent supply chains and alter curriculum standards to prohibit students from drawing historical figures.

  • Exploiting Legal Exceptions: Exploitation of state firearm restrictions, such as the 51 percent alcohol-revenue rule at establishments like Boudreaux’s in Austin, to stage targeted attacks against defenseless civilian populations.

Constitutional pushback remains the only effective remedy. In North Texas, when organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) attempted to intimidate local school officials into banning standard educational assignments, community leaders, local pastors, and parents organized a united civic response. The school board voted unanimously (5–0) to uphold First Amendment free-speech protections and reject Sharia compliance, halting a legal precedent that CAIR intended to export to massive school systems such as the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Statewide referendums reinforce this resolve: more than 95 percent of Texas primary voters cast ballots affirming that foreign legal systems, specifically Sharia, have no standing within state courts. Every law enforcement officer, military service member, and elected official takes a solemn oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Enforcing Sharia principles directly violates that constitutional oath.

Through groups like the Allied Special Intelligence Group—comprising former military and intelligence specialists—training programs now actively educate pastors, local officials, and grassroots citizens to recognize and dismantle civilizational threats before they undermine local jurisdictions.

The Path Forward

The preservation of American liberty requires direct recognition of these interconnected strategies. Whether combating economic subversion engineered through foreign border states, rooting out corruption and incompetence within municipal law enforcement, or defeating ideological efforts to supplant the Constitution with Sharia law, the solution relies on civic vigilance, unapologetic truth, and steadfast enforcement of constitutional law.
