China Watch Wednesday: CCP's Asymmetric Warfare Strategy Against America

The Drone Threat: How China Plans to Overwhelm US Defenses

The CCP has spent decades researching how to defeat the United States using inferior weaponry rather than confronting America's military might directly. According to Ava Chen from the New Federal State of China, Beijing is betting everything on unmanned systems - not just aerial drones but also small, cheap submarines and other unconventional weapons.

"They want to dodge where you are the strongest and attack where you're the weakest," Chen explained. "We call that an Achilles heel."

The CCP's strategy centers on overwhelming America's missile defense systems with cheap drones. While a U.S. interceptor missile costs around a million dollars, Chinese drones cost only a few thousand - "the Walmart of drones," as Chen puts it. The asymmetric warfare plan involves sending tens or even hundreds of thousands of drones simultaneously, far exceeding the typical one-to-five ratio most countries prepare for in their defense systems.

This drone strategy extends beyond aerial threats. North Korea has already debuted underwater weapons that could create chaos without directly attacking specific targets. "All they have to do is throw a nuclear bomb in the water and start a tsunami," Chen warned.

The human element makes this threat particularly concerning. Chen revealed that CCP soldiers are brainwashed to glorify death, with some assigned to suicide missions without their knowledge. "The CCP even have suicidal missions. They would tell the soldiers, they send them out, and they never intend to bring them back. And the soldier does not know."

The Spy Balloon Threat: Russia's New Weapon from China

Chinese military technology poses another serious threat through its spy balloon program. According to Chen, "The Chinese military has 200 variations of the spy balloons." These potentially lethal weapons cost only $5,000-$10,000 each, and the CCP has already sold $3 million worth of spy balloons to Russia.

The danger lies in China's multiple launch sites for these balloons positioned around the United States. "They are mobile. Any of the cargo ships right now in Panama or in Cuba or in Key West - they're underneath the cargo ships," Chen revealed. These balloons could carry chemical or biological weapons, with only a small percentage being weaponized, making it nearly impossible to determine which ones to intercept.

Similar spy balloons have already been spotted over Taiwan and South Korea, with Russia now positioned to deploy them against Ukraine.

CCP's Infiltration of American Decision-Making Bodies

The conversation shifted to recent revelations that the FBI had been spying on U.S. senators under the Biden administration, with several agents fired as a result. This surveillance targeted key decision-makers, particularly those serving on influential committees.

Chen shared intelligence about the CCP's methodical plan to infiltrate America's government. According to Miles Guo, the CCP specifically identified four critical committees to target: Judiciary, Finance/Appropriations, Intelligence (including Homeland Security), and Energy.

"The CCP had very methodically thought about where they're going to park their influence and who they can partner with," Chen explained. This strategy helps explain policy decisions like turning away from fossil fuels despite America's abundant reserves.

The CCP's approach involves using proxies rather than direct influence. "They don't do it themselves. They engage and give you profits, they own you, and then send you to do the work they want to do," Chen said. Many of these partners don't realize that "CCP wanted to be the boss... it is about gaining power, it is about gaining wealth for themselves."

Semiconductor Controls Failing to Contain China's Technological Advancement

Despite U.S. efforts to restrict semiconductor manufacturing equipment exports to China, the House Committee on China recently found that American and allied companies sold $38 billion worth of semiconductor tools to China in 2024 alone.

This exemplifies China's strategy of hiring others to do their "dirty work" while enriching intermediaries. After obtaining American technology, the CCP reverse-engineers it and creates cheaper versions to compete against the U.S. This poses a significant threat to America's national and economic security.

"Xi Jinping keeps delaying things," Winn noted. "The longer that he can kick the ball down the field and not deal with anything with Trump, the time ticks away for Trump."

Chen agreed: "Their strategy is wait out Trump. And they're focusing on midterm and the election 2028 because they know a dictator for life, Xi Jinping right now, is one man's show in CCP."

China's Global Network of Influence

The CCP's tentacles extend worldwide, with connections to Hamas, Russia, and throughout the South Pacific. Their sole purpose, according to Winn, is "to destroy the United States of America," using allies and surrogates to achieve this goal.

Chen warned that while the Trump administration attempts to broker peace between Israel and Hamas, "the CCP was lurking behind and seeking opportunities to disrupt." Their strategy involves multiple layers of proxies to hide their involvement. "They use so many fronts and proxies to do their dirty work... They're watching every step, every move you do, and then they're gonna strike at the moment most convenient."

For the CCP, America remains the primary target. "Their enemy is only one. Their enemy is the United States, and they know you are the leader of the free world. Without the United States, none of other countries matters," Chen emphasized.

FBI Surveillance of U.S. Senators: CCP Connection?

The discussion returned to the FBI's surveillance of Republican senators, including Marsha Blackburn, Josh Hawley, Lindsey Graham, and others who serve on key committees like Judiciary, Finance, National Security, and Intelligence - precisely the committees Chen identified as CCP targets.

Senator Grassley compared the FBI's actions to Watergate, calling it "worse than Watergate." The surveillance, conducted by special counsel Jack Smith under the Biden administration, targeted at least eight Republican senators in what many consider an unconstitutional breach.

When asked if the CCP was involved in this surveillance operation and whether they might also be monitoring Democratic leaders, Chen confirmed: "CCP doesn't matter to you if you're Democratic or Republican... They're absolutely surveillance because otherwise, how do they get dirt? How do they blackmail? How do they coerce you to doing something?"

Chinese Hackers Targeting U.S. Law Firms

The conversation highlighted another threat: Chinese hackers targeting prominent U.S. law firms. Chen recalled an incident Miles Guo had predicted years ago, where Chinese hackers breached a major U.S. law firm "just to force the law firm to drop Miles Guo as a client." The law firm had 5,000 percent contracts among its clients, making the data breach extremely damaging to U.S. interests.

Chen pointed to international law firms whose revenue significantly depends on Chinese state-owned enterprises: "Tell me who they pledged their allegiance to. The CCP, not Americans. They talk about green bills and money in front of them. They are talking about billions of dollars."

Former FBI Director James Comey Indicted: A Conversation with Lee Smith

The Charges Against James Comey

Lee Smith, author of "The China Matrix" and "The Plot Against the President," joined the program to discuss the recent indictment of former FBI Director James Comey on multiple felony counts, including lying to Congress and obstruction.

Smith emphasized the seriousness of these charges, noting that they mirror the accusations Democrats leveled against Trump allies like Roger Stone and Michael Flynn. "These are serious charges," Smith insisted. "It's a very big deal. It's a crime."

The indictment came from a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia, which Smith noted is less heavily Democratic than Washington D.C. but still presents challenges for prosecution. He praised Lindsay Halligan, who replaced the previous U.S. attorney and assembled the case against Comey in just three days before the statute of limitations expired.

Smith expressed hope for further charges, particularly a conspiracy case that might include other Obama-era officials like John Brennan.

The Deep State's Protection Mechanism: D.C. Jury Pools

While optimistic about holding Comey accountable, Smith identified a systemic problem in prosecuting government officials: jury pools in Washington D.C.

"Everyone talks about the deep state, and they talk about the FBI, and they talk about DOJ. The main instrument they have are the jury pools in Washington, D.C.," Smith explained. With a jury pool that's over 90% Democratic, officials who've broken the law are "virtually untouchable."

Smith believes this fundamental issue must be addressed to ensure accountability not just for those who targeted Trump, but for bureaucrats in the future.

Upcoming Book: The China Matrix

Smith briefly mentioned his forthcoming book, "The China Matrix: The Epic Story of How Donald Trump Shattered a Deadly Pack," scheduled for release within two weeks. The book details how Trump confronted the China threat, connecting to the earlier discussion about the CCP's influence operations in America.

His previous work, "The Plot Against the President," documented how Congressman Devin Nunes uncovered what Smith calls "the biggest political scandal in U.S. history." Notably, Nunes's lead investigator was Kash Patel, who now serves as FBI Director under President Trump.

City Council Meeting: Justice for Enrique "Kik" Mercado

Kathleen Winn urged listeners to attend that evening's City Council meeting wearing black shirts to honor Enrique "Kik" Mercado, who was tragically murdered while cycling on September 23rd.

"We are asking everyone to show up wearing a black shirt to honor Enrique 'Kik' Mercado," Winn said. This peaceful gathering aims to advocate for safer streets and public spaces in Tucson, where crime has become a serious concern.

Winn criticized the City Council and Mayor for being "tone deaf" to Tucson's crime problem, prioritizing "unhoused people," "criminals," and "illegal immigrants" over taxpaying citizens despite their charter obligation to ensure public safety.

"The Mayor and Council should be held accountable," Winn stated, noting that basic infrastructure like roads has also been neglected. She pointed out that 50% of drugs entering the United States from Mexico come through Tucson, Arizona.

Interview with Janet "JL" Wittenbraker: Candidate for Ward 3 City Council

Public Transit and Crime in Tucson

Janet Wittenbraker, candidate for Ward 3 on the Tucson City Council, discussed the city's crime problem, particularly around public transit. She criticized the "Fair Free Transit System" for exacerbating crime throughout the city.

"Our buses have become increasingly dangerous," Wittenbraker explained. While acknowledging that many homeless individuals deserve compassion, she noted that some are "engaging in illicit drug activities and criminal activities and they're using our public transit system."

The free transit system, once a profit center that generated millions for the city, has become both a financial drain and a public safety hazard. Wittenbraker cited numerous incidents, including attacks on bus drivers, a near-decapitation, overdoses, and elderly passengers being assaulted.

"There is documented fentanyl use occurring on our transit system," she added. "If you're polluting your body with drugs, you're not going to have a healthy mind."

Challenging Kevin Dahl in Ward 3

Wittenbraker is running against incumbent Kevin Dahl, whom she criticized for voting to continue free bus service despite rising crime. She noted that at a recent vote on reinstating fares, only Paul Cunningham and Nick Kingly voted in favor.

"Imagine if you had a conservative in Ward 3 who would have sided with reinstating fares and an individual in Ward 6 who would have sided with reinstating fares," Wittenbraker said. "Majority vote rule - remember the mayor has no veto authority."

She further criticized Dahl for voting against prohibiting camping in Tucson's washes and parks, despite existing state laws and ordinances prohibiting such activity. "Our washes are a public health hazard," Wittenbraker stated. "Why would someone want to create a public health hazard?"

A Broken Ideology Creating a "Culture of Crime Acceptance"

Wittenbraker attributed Tucson's problems to "a broken ideology that has fractured off from the Democratic party," creating "a culture of crime acceptance."

"We get as much crime as we're willing to put up with," she stated, pointing to several council members, including those in Wards 1 and 3 and the mayor, who she claims are "giving preference to criminal behavior over ensuring the safety of our constituency."

Voter Turnout and Constituent Accessibility

Wittenbraker highlighted the critical need for increased voter participation in Tucson, noting that historically low turnout means just "24% of the population" decides who serves on the council.

If elected, Wittenbraker promised to be more accessible than the current council member, whose office she claims is only open four hours daily. "I would take my council position as a full-time position. I will meet with the neighbors. I will go to the neighbors where they are at, not sitting at my desk with my feet up."

She also criticized the current councilman's staff for working part-time while collecting full-time pay. "That's almost theft," Winn commented.

"We're going to be in the office, and we're going to be there for constituents," Wittenbraker promised.

The conversation concluded with an urgent call to action for Tucson residents to vote as mail-in ballots begin arriving. "Vote it, and you need to say, not on my watch, I want change," Winn urged. "It's time that we take our city back, and the best way to do it is to vote."
